When you upload a contract, you're trusting us with your prices and your plans. Here's exactly what we do with them, in plain English, no legal maze.
A government bid contains the two things you'd least want a competitor to see: what you charge and how you'd do the work. That's exactly why every project in Bidographer is sealed to your own account. Your numbers never touch another vendor's screen.
Bidographer keeps its data in a dedicated database, separate from any other product, and every bid is tied to your own account. Your documents don't get pooled with anyone else's, and no other vendor can see them. It's your work, kept to yourself.
Right now, building a proposal is something we do together with you rather than something you fill in alone. That means we're working in the documents you brought for that one bid, with you, at your direction. We use them to help you with that bid and nothing else, and they stay in your account when we're done.
Details like your Federal Tax ID belong in your own workspace, where you enter them yourself and they stay tied to your account. We will never email you asking for a Tax ID or any other sensitive number, and we'll never ask you to send one in a reply. If a message claiming to be from Bidographer asks for one, it isn't us. Forward it to support@bidographer.com and we'll take a look.
It's your work. Export your finished proposal and take it anywhere. We never send it to the agency at all: these are sealed paper bids, so you print the package, sign it, and deliver it yourself. We're a tool that helps you win, not a vault that holds your business hostage.
When you buy credits, the payment is handled by Stripe, the same processor used across the web for secure checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Scout reads your specific contract to help with your specific proposal. It's built to stay grounded in what's actually in your documents, so it doesn't invent requirements, prices, or facts that aren't there. If it isn't in your bid, Scout won't put it in your proposal. Your words, in the agency's format, checked against the real contract.
Drop in a contract and see what it takes to win it. Your data stays yours the whole way.
